We are thrilled to embark on this journey with you. Here's a simple guide to get started.

Initial Phone Conversation: You will connect with Edelys over the phone to ensure you're a good fit for each other. Your comfort and trust are paramount.

Schedule Your Appointment: After that phone conversation, we'll schedule your first appointment at least a week in advance, ensuring ample time to prepare.

Portal Access: Once your appointment is set, you will be add you to our secure portal. You'll receive an email with all the necessary consent forms to sign electronically. Plus, you'll create a login to access the portal at your convenience.

Complete Documentation: After you've signed the consent forms and created your login, simply complete all the necessary documentation. Once done, Edelys will receive an alert, and you're all set!

**IMPORTANT** Payment is collected prior to scheduled appointment.**

Intake Session: The first session will be an intake session with the parents only. Edelys will delve into your family's history, your child's background, and the presenting problem. Together, you and Edelys will craft a tailored treatment plan for your child.

Individual Sessions: Subsequent sessions will be one-on-one with your child, focusing on their unique needs and goals.

Parent Feedback Sessions: Edelys values collaboration and feedback. That's why Edelys will meet with you at least once a month for a parent feedback session. Here, you'll discuss any progress, challenges, and effective strategies for supporting your child's growth.

Duration of Therapy: Typically, therapy lasts between 12 to 16 weekly sessions.  However, every case is unique, and Edelys will adjust as needed to ensure the best outcomes for your child.

Throughout this process, Edelys' goal is to provide comprehensive support and guidance for your child's development.
